The Dr. Hui Lee Trust Fund was established in memory of Dr. Hui Lee who passed away in March of 2004. Dr. Lee was a dedicated internist and researcher with the Algoma District Medical Group at the Group Health Centre.

The Dr. Hui Lee Trust Fund is dedicated to providing financial support to initiatives directly associated with the promotion of health through education, research or community projects.

Individuals or organizations requiring financial support and meeting the criteria outlined above, are encouraged to complete and return a funding request form, available from the Group Health Centre Trust Fund office (705-795-5530), for consideration by the Dr. Hui Lee Trust Fund Trustees. Trustees include: Drs. Anne Lee and Lou Battel. Submissions are accepted at any time.
