2016 Group Health Centre Pharmacy Charity Golf Classic

The Group Health Centre Trust Fund is proud to present the 15th Annual Group Health Centre Pharmacy Charity Golf Classic.

This year’s tournament will help the Trust Fund support the purchase of Ophthalmology equipment for Dr. Brian Mitchell. Two new diagnostic tools – a Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer and an Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT) unit – are already in action at Dr. Mitchell’s practice, helping track and treat eye disease in thousands of patients here in Sault Ste. Marie and the surrounding area. The Trust Fund is incredibly close to our final goal of $130,000 to offset the cost of this equipment – and with your support, we can get there.

Sponsoring the tournament

Check out our sponsorship form for information about how you can become a sponsor of the 2016 Group Health Centre Pharmacy Charity Golf Classic tournament. Playing in the tournament

Your $150 registration fee will include: 18 holes of golf with a cart, a light breakfast, lunch, and an awards dinner following play. Plus, this year, we’ll be offering a hole-in-one prize at every Par 3 hole!

Not a golfer?

The awards dinner is your way to support the Group Health Centre without playing the tournament. Your $40 ticket includes dinner, entertainment, prizes, and more. This is also a great opportunity for players to invite a spouse or a friend to join them!
